The 1Heart Cares Foundation proudly participated in the Senior Wellness Expo held at the Simi Valley Civic Center, a highly anticipated community event organized by the Simi Valley Senior Center in collaboration with the Simi Valley Council on Aging. With a strong commitment to promoting senior health and wellness, 1Heart Cares brought vital vision care services directly to the community—completely free of charge.

At the heart of 1Heart Cares Foundation’s booth was a dedicated vision care station led by Annie Ashurov, a licensed optician from Mobile Eyes Now. Through Annie's expertise and heartfelt service, over 75 seniors received:

1Heart Cares Foundation was supported by enthusiastic volunteers from both 1Heart Caregiver Services – Thousand Oaks and 1Heart Caregiver Services – Santa Barbara. Their presence helped ensure that every senior who visited the booth received personalized attention, assistance, and a warm smile.
“We are deeply grateful for our volunteers,” said Daniel Nernberg, Chairman of the Board of the foundation. “Their dedication brings our mission to life—ensuring no senior is left unseen or unsupported.”
